Our Legacy of
Purposeful Design

Design is more than form and function — it’s a reflection of values. Since 1983, we’ve believed in the power of architecture to serve communities, elevate everyday experiences, and shape a more connected, equitable future.

Our mission is grounded in collaboration, craft, and care — a belief that well-made design can foster belonging, solve complex challenges, and leave a lasting impression on the people and places we serve.

Rooted in Community,
Inspired by the Coastline

Virginia Beach’s unique history and connection to the water shape who we are as both architects and neighbors. Our projects reflect a deep respect for the city we call home, combining thoughtful design with a commitment to enhancing the lives of those around us. At Dills, we don’t just design for the community; we design as part of it.

Fuels Creativity

Our studio thrives on collaboration, with diverse perspectives shaping every step of the design process. Through workshops and team discussions, we uncover fresh ideas that lead to innovative solutions.

Designing for a
